RETURN POLICY
All returns require a return authorization. To obtain this authorization, please email weborders@jimmedical.com, or call (866) 546-4276.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. Approved product returns will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase.
